Pathetic Service By Apple India

This is not a suggestion so please don't assume.

I was using iPhone se from last 10 months and suddenly I found yellow lines,heating issue, low volume in the receiver and charging issue in my device so I thought of visiting the service center, after visiting the service center the person in the service center told me it will take around 2 working days to diagnose and then they will update me, I kept on following them and later they informed that they will send the phone to Apple Service center(Bangalore), and then again they will diagnose the device.

I just need my device back, and that too a replacement.

Please mind the TAT.
