Question: Clicking iPhone 4S screen

My iPhone 4S has no damage at all yet some parts of the screen make a sound like it's coming apart from the frame (you can't tell at all if it is) I am pretty sure this is the same thing that happened with the iPhone 6 screen clicking. I have dropped the phone once and it was without a case, but it didnt do the clicking noise then. Sometimes it does it on the homebutton which when it does it makes the front and back do it. Please, PLEASE help me! I do not have the skills or tools to take the phone apart so don't suggest that. Please help. I've already made a post which no one replied to other than myself (I accidentally made that reply solved)

The device has no signs of battery swelling at all. I regularly use the phone without a case.
