I am reading mixed reviews as to whether it is safe or not to swim with the iPhone 8 (64g, IOS 11.2.6). I was recently in Mexico and was about to bring my phone into a cave to swim with it and take pictures, but a few people suggested that I don't, so I didn't.😕

Apple doesn't make its phones waterproof. They are making them more water resistant but that's not for something like full immersion swimming.
