moving vpn from pc to Mac

Hello there, newer Mac user here and not so IT savvy. I am trying to get the VPN’s configured for a couple properties I manage for telecom devices. I love my MacBook Pro but it seemed much easier connecting to these with a windows OS. I am having some issue setting up on the mac. Everything I am seeing it says I need a password, but I never remember using a password with these VPN’s, only the info on the IP address, subnet, gateway, dns..

On the mac it is asking for account name, password, shared secret, etc.. any ideas?

Right now I have no way to access these devices behind VPN. Is this possible on the system preferences, or will I need an app to somehow access? Thanks for any help you can provide.
