File sharing GarageBand

i backed up my iPad Pro 2 days ago and sent it into the school technicians to get that new MDM thing, so when I got it back everything was wiped (it was expected) and now when I tried to upload back most of my data without doing a full restore. I went on my computer and found the backup folder to find a whole lot of gibberish and now I can’t find my garage band files to upload to file sharing.

can anyone help me try and locate the file names for GarageBand songs please?

Accidentally deleted a GarageBand project on my iPhone Hi everyone!! So, about an hour ago I was on my phone, about to send this song to a friend because I was super proud of how it was going, when I accidentally swiped up while holding the project and somehow deleted it. Is there a way to get it back?? I’ve read something about a “Recently Deleted” folder on GarageBand but I just can’t find it, and I don’t find anything similar on my PC’s (sorry, I don’t have an iMac) iCloud. Thanks in advance!!!

Where are my music files stored I am trying to make a ring tone in garage band and I need the music files to do that. Where are they. They are purchased music.
