turning off certain devices in health app

I see where all three phones signed into my iTunes account, are tracked in our health app as far as “steps” go. How do we separate the phones for better accuracy regarding daily steps in the app?

It's our pleasure! Something that may be worth considering, once you've got the other users each their own Apple ID, is Family Sharing. Setting up a family group will allow for much of your iTunes Store and App Store purchases without the side effect of undesired data being mixed.
