Question: Genius no working

I am having this same genius problem. All the genius options are greyed out in iTunes, and I am using HighSierra 10.13.3 with itunes 12..7.3.46 - the latest version.


Please help! I have the latest versions of itunes and MacOS and I have logged out and back in to the store with no luck. Genius is greyed out when I try to start it for a song!
