How do I fix my billing address?
When I try to download/update something it says “verify billing address”

Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID) - https://support.apple.com/HT201266
Make sure you have entered all the billing information correctly. Your card must come from the same country as the store you are using.
