My Finder files

My finder system seems to be in an awful mess with files in iCloud, on the ssd drive and on the Microsoft system. Does anyone know how I can safely clean this up and just have one file rather than several all over the place?

Which com.apple files/folders can be deleted There seem many large com.apple files in the library; the accumulated size is quite large. Which of these file folders can be deleted, or which file in the folder can be deleted? OS is 12.2.1 Any ideas are welcome. Thank you.

How can you manage file system bloat? Basically I am getting a ton of files from these stupid applications that are writing nonsense files to my home directory which are probably used once if that. What's worse is that I cannot tell which of these files are taking up the most space because despite telling me that I have '25 GB in Documents', it also says my largest 'document' is 366.3 MB which seems extremely unlikely given the total size. I need something (or a pair of apps) that have the combined functionality that CCleaner & WinDirStat do on windows. That is: automatic cleaning of garbage files (unused temporary files written by applications) & an effective way to see which *directories* are causing the biggest problems preferably in a visual way. Anybody know a solution for this?
