can the heart rate monitor send info directly to my cardiologist?

Cardiologist wants me to wear a "Zio Patch" for 14 days to monitor my heart rate. I am curious to learn IF my Watch Series 2 Heart app can provide the same information AND send it to my cardiologist. Thoughts?
