Is 95 celsius acceptable during full load?

I installed Windows 10 with all drivers on my 2016 MacBook Pro (base model). I started BeamNG.drive and I touched the lid of the laptop and it was very very hot. Then, I downloaded the MSI Afterburner to check the temperature and during gaming, it was about 95 celsius. I checked the CPU/GPU usage and the CPU was at 30% but the GPU was at 100%. I don't know how but the fans were slow. I couldn't check the fan speed on Windows but they were slow at 90 celsius.

Is it normal? What can I do the decrease the temperature?

I played the game on 1366x768, low graphics. I put the computer on a book to get the best airflow.
