No. Apple does not offer international warranty on iPhone. It is always advised to purchase the phone in the country you live in. If you do purchase in Germany, buyer beware as should you need warranty service, you may be required to return the phone to Germany. If the purchase is because of cost savings, any cost savings you might realize can quickly evaporate should you need service.
