Just got an older 13" MBP and don't have access to the original Administrator user and password when the computer was first set up and I am trying to delete the user name under the "Users & Groups" at login options. What are my options if don't have access the that original set up info?

thanks for the info but it still doesn't tell me how to change or delete that "original administrators user name" just tells me how to "change the password" if I can't remember it but I in fact don't know the administrator user info. I need to reset it like if it was first purchase with a new administrator user name account
