I was not happy with this and removed it from my device i set up a free trial and was not happy i deleted this app from my phone i would like a refund on an app with a FREE TRAIL

Just deleting an app doesn't stop its subscription, you have to stop it : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
In terms of a refund purchases are considered final, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund or credit you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
