Is there a way to turn off wireless charging on iPhone 8 or X

is there a way to turn wireless charging off? I have a 7, and tried both the X and 8, but i have to return them because the phones are emitting some type of frequency that i’m sensitive to. It probably sounds weird but my ear and throat glands are agitated by being around those phones, and the only thing i can think of is the wireless charging.
