no photos in album

my photos/videos is not being saved to my album.this happened since i restore my back up from my iphone 5,which i havent used for a long time.my os is updated and i’ve tried those suggestions online such as send a photo fr camera roll via imsg then restart phone but nothing changed.

iPhone wont delete photos My iPhone wont delete photos or videos. When I do they all appear back again within a few minutes. Even when I empty the "recently deleted" album they appear back again. What do I need to do?
