I can’t hear when I’m talking on the phone

Whenever I call someone or I get a call from someone and I put it close to my ear I can barely hear them talking so I have to plug in my earbuds or put them on speaker

Your receiver may be blocked or dirty. It may also need to be repaired if they steps in the document do not help.
