My iPhone and iPad have stopped sharing texts. How do I fix.

Recently turned iMessage off as many texts were not being received. Then iPad and iPhone stopped sharing texts. Texts sent on iPhone do not appear on iPad and received texts are appearing on iPad but not on iPhone. Have turned iMessage back on (both devices). Still no sharing. Help please!

Not receiving messages from iPhone users to Android phone I recently transitioned from an iPhone to an Android phone. I turned off imessage on my old phone and deregistered my number with Apple. However, I am still missing many texts in group chats from friends who have iPhone. We have deleted old threads and started new ones. Why is this happening? Does my friend need to change a setting on her phone?

iMessage not working I have and iPhone and so does a friend of mine. I’m trying to talk with them through iMessage, but my iphone thinks they have an android phone and only sends normal SMS. Any ideas?
