Wrong location informatiom assigned to photos

I took three photos using the iphone 7+ native camera. They have been tagged with the incorrect location, a place I visited the day before these three photos were taken, and a place,which is a few miles from where I took the three pictures hat are wrongly tagged. Weird, to say the least. I want to correct this and would appreciate instructions on how to.

To test out the Photos app, I took some photos this afternoon, which were correctly located.

The wobbles with geolocation information are of concern, if you need reliability of place I.D.

How can these issues be corrected and the app stabilised?
