My Apple Watch won't notify for a phone call, works for all other notifications. After no luck with any of the online suggestions, I factory reset both my iPhone 6 and 1st Gen watch. Still no luck. Finally bought a new watch, 3rd Gen, same issue, won't notify of an incoming call. Any ideas?

Okay, thanks. But my watch gets all notifications except for an incoming phone call.
I have a green rectangle when I swipe up on the watch. It is connected fine to my phone.
It is not locked or in "Do Not Disturb" mode.
The settings on your iPhone in the Watch app, My Watch tab, Phone section may have something to do with it. If set to Mirror my iPhone, try Custom. Also, Review the settings in the Sound and Haptic section maybe increasing the volume and turn On Prominent Haptic might help.
