Mac OS X High Sierra crashes on resuming from sleep

I have a MacBook Air, running the latest High Sierra - 10.13.3. I usually have it connected to an external Thunderbolt display. Every time I put it to sleep and then resume it, the machine crashes and I get the message saying "Your computer restarted...". I have saved some of the kernel panic back traces but they haven't given me any insight into what might be happening.

I thought it might be related to going to sleep with the Thunderbolt display connected and waking up with it gone (or vice versa) but that doesn't seem to make any difference; I tried disconnecting it before going to sleep and the behaviour was the same.

The one other thing that's unique about the machine is that I have a 128G Tardisk flash card installed, and use the Pear Software that comes with it to make that 128G appear to be part of main memory. It is a very painful and complex process to "un-Pear" it so I am very reluctant to do that unless there's a good indication that that's the source of the problem. This "combo disk" seems to work perfectly in all other regards so I have no particular reason to suspect it.

If anyone knows of any debug tools or has any suggestions on how to resolve this, I'd very much appreciate it. I'm attaching a snippet of the most recent crash below
