How so I find an iPhone 6 backup on my Time machine? It says my iPhone backup is corrupted on my computer. Apple gave me a new iPhone 6; it only sees the iCloud back up which is only the new phone's back-up.
The backup folder is likely in ~\Library\Application Support\Mobile Sync\\Backup
But I don't know if restoring the contents of the backup folder from Time Machine would suffice to make the backup reappear.

Are you sure it is a corrupted backup? You will get that message if the backup was made with a newer version of iOS than the version on the iPhone you are restoring to. The safest way to find out is to update iOS on the new phone using iTunes on your computer if the version on the phone is not the latest. Then restore the backup.
