Question: Emails won’t work on two devices

My IPad has my iCloud account and I want to add the same one to my phone I keep trying it but each time I enter it it says that it’s already added to the device but I can’t get emails on it

If using IOS 11, check Settings/Accounts & Passwords and make sure the account is enabled.
