There is a reason why you should not try to repair a device like an iPhone by yourself... unless you are 100% sure that you know what you are doing.

Sounds like you have a broken iPhone on your hands. Maybe a cell phone repair shop will possibly take a look at it for you??? I know for certain that Apple will not touch it since you tried to repair it yourself.
