Question: changing goals on apple watch

Can you change a step goal on apple watch? I've even tried resetting and removing the watch but it still comes back with the same goals when I repair.

Specific to Steps, I don’t think there is a goal that can be set with WatchOS, I would see with third party app. The Activity app tracks 3 metrics and steps is not one of them. The watch records the steps but use that and other factors to compute your activity level.

Where do you read your step count right now, in the Health App on your phone?
