Everything appears to be turned on and can hear music using the speakers but cannot hear the ringer during a incoming call.

My iPhone 6 will not ring. Everything is turned on and volume is on high but, still I can’t hear it ring. I can listen to music however.

Check the mute switch along the left edge (near volume controls), orange showing = muted.
