Is the iPhone 6 camera scratch resistant?
Extremely. At least the lens is. Since at least the iPhone 5s, Apple has used a synthetic sapphire crystal as the lens material. About the only materials that should scratch it are diamond or corundum (sapphire, ruby, some industrial sandpaper). I saw a demonstration of an iPhone 6 that had a key, a rock, and an X-Acto blade taken to the surface of the lens. Those scratched the lens bezel but didn't affect the lens itself.
I don't recommend testing it out yourself however.
