Weird voicemails disconnecting my cell service

Every once and A while I receive a voicemail from an unknown number and my cell service disconnects until I turn my phone off and back on again. And also my Visual voicemail does not work and I’ve tried resetting my network settings it still doesn’t work and when I call my number to see if I have any voicemails it says that there are none. Does anyone know how I cambio fix this problem?

Voicemails when someone leaves me a voicemail I don’t receive it right away, it comes hours after. I’ve tried rebooting, resetting the network connections, checking the cellular data, notifications & called T-Mobile who did a voicemail reset & still nothing. HELP… please!!
