I’m trying to download a free app and every time I try to download it, it will ask for a different id that I don’t know the password to

i go to download the apps and it just spins doesn’t ask for my apple id password neither every app i try to download it don’t work.

Password and Apple ID I keep trying to download an app but it asks me for my Apple ID and Password when I insert this it tells me that since I haven't used it download an app I have to sign in to iTunes in order to download an app. I did this process but when I enter my Apple ID and password it brings me all the way to the begging. And, I'm sure I know my password since I even changed to something I would memorize.
