Only Explicit versions of songs posting in my playlists

I keep adding clean versions of songs for my playlists. But when I go to play the mix, the explicit versions are there. Keeps happening, not a single clean version. Very frustrating, as I use these playlists for work, and it is not appropriate, please help!! Happens on my laptop and phone. thank!

iTunes changes Clean songs to explicit about a month ago iTunes started changing clean versions of songs to explicit. Every time I try and download a clean song it changes to clean songs, it will let me listen to the clean version of the song in the iTunes library, but when I click add to playlist, it adds, but it is explicit.
