Visual voicemail (buzon de voz visual) in Puerto Rico

I am in Puerto Rico, using Claro, and there does not appear to be anyway to set up visual voicemail(?) 😟

Estoy en Puerto Rico, usando Claro, y aperece que no puedo usar Buzon de Voz Visual(?) 😟

Visual Voicemail with Xfinity Mobile Since I moved to iPhone13 from Android a few months ago, I have not had visual voicemail. Visual Voicemail for Xfinity Mobile I actually have an answer rather than a question. I managed to get Visual Voice Mail activated on my iPhone 11 after switching from Verizon by calling Xfinity Mobile at 1-888-936-4968. After finally convincing the automated support system that I really needed to talk to an agent, I was able to contact one who got it activated in roughly 10 minutes.
