Yes, if a blocked caller leaves a voicemail it will go to the Deleted folder in Visual Voicemail
So they will or won’t get the voicemail
What is the deleted visual inbox folder
Tap Phone, tap voicemail. You should see a list of messages. If you delete any there will be an entry at the bottom of the list ”deleted messages”.
If you have Visual Voicemail, a blocked caller can leave voicemail, but there will be no alert, and the voicemail will be in a separate section labeled Blocked Callers.
