More than likely spam > Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support
Check your iTunes Store purchase history manually, including hidden ones. If that item doesn’t show up, forward the email to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it.
