During restore all usb devices disconect

I'm was trying to restore my iPhone 5c on Ios 10.3.3 and everything was going perfectly fine and all of my USB devices (including keyboard, mouse, iPhone, and extender but not my wireless receiver) just turned off. I tried unplugging and plugging back in a worked for 10 seconds. I am using windows 10 and have the latest iTunes. Please help!
