i bought an iPhone 5 online on facebook seller and when i got the device and trying to setup it turns out sim is not supported and i try a different one same result try to contact the seller but unfortunately i got blocked pls.... apple help....me...

Apple can't help you, only the carrier it is locked to can help you. If you call Apple or use the Contact Support link at the top of this page they can tell you who that carrier is, then you can see what their unlocking policy is.
Does Facebook have any sort of customer support for sellers? (I don't do Facebook, so I really don't know). If so you can try contacting them.
