I only want to use one App on ICLOUD

I do not need Cloud services, but I do need it for LOCATOR to find a lost device. how can I turn off all the others. I do not want them on, or used.?

Iphone 3G, iPhone OS 3.1.3

If i delete an app from the apple id will it remove it from all devices across the apple id? It would be good to know this just to know if i can delete apps remotely this way.
