dialoge box opens, no text, and basically freezes program

Everytime I try to buy anything, or connect my phone, a dialogue box opens up with no text in it. I can't click on anything, and it basically freezes the program. What do I do?

App library Glitch Sometimes when I try to search in the app library I get a blank keyboard and upon clicking anywhere on the screen, it types the letter q for a while and the keyboard comes up. Locking and unlocking the phone solves it momentarily, but comes back again. Anyone else faced this issue?

nothing works on my phone So I can sign onto my phone - but nothing works after that - I have been able to get into one app or the other randomly and it works once i'm in there. I erased and reset everything and there was no issue with setting everything up - just once I got into the main screen - nothing works - it's all frozen. I can receive calls - I can receive and send text. They only way I can get into my text is because once it let me open it and now I access it through the open pages way.

Freezing issue When I touch on “blocked” the screen freezes! I go to settings, then scroll to messages, touch on “blocked” and screen immediately freezes. I have to double-click and swipe it closed to get back to home screen. The same thing happens if I go to Phone in settings and touch on “blocked”! How do I fix this issue?
