hi- my apple ID has been disabled for a long time. I have reset password. I did the “recovery” thing and when I go to download or update an app - it still says “your Apple ID has been disabled“. Please help!!!
You've reset the account's password and then logged out and back in everywhere : What to do after you change your Apple ID or password - Apple Support ? If that didn't fix it what did iTunes Support say when you contacted them ?
