Trying to purchase,and keep getting the message:”your purchase could not be completed ,for assistance contact iTunes support “ I created Apple ID already verified my account . I got the reply in email,my account was updated. After all this,still was the same error message.
Why can not purchase in online games?

Yes,I did. They told me to update my iOS system. I did. After was the same. I called them,they helped me,while I was on the phone with them,they ask me to go in the game I used to purchase,and try to pay. It was worked. But only when I was on the phone. After a while I try to purchase again,and I got the same error message.
