When heading into FINDER>GO>{Opt} Library>Safari there does not appear to be a Webpageicons.db file in either my Mac Mini running Sierra 10.12.6 OR my MacBookPro Running High Sierra 10.13.3 . . . . Any ideas as to where those files would have gone? Is there a way to hide/unhide them that I am missing?

Thanks Dominic. . . .Would the Favicons.db file hold the Private Browser history like the Webpageicons.db is supposed to?
There is no document available for verifying that.
In absence of that I cannot post an answer.
