"iTunes needs to check for an update to the carrier settings for your iPhone"

Every time my iPhone is connected to my MacBook and I open my MacBook after a few seconds iTunes starts to bounce in my Dock. When I click on it there's a window saying "iTunes needs to check for an update to the carrier settings for your iPhone". I then unlock my iPhone and click on "Check".


Soon enough iTunes icon will bounce again in the dock. My carrier settings are ALL RIGHT.


How to make this nagging window go away other than de-installing iTunes?
