Am I safe to delete these files?

My macOS has been having issues lately. I have been redirected to websites that I have never been to. I also keep getting ads that fill the sides of websites with the occasional video pop up. Most recently "Fruits Slice" extension keeps installing itself. I have downloaded the current version of MalwareBytes and it did not find anything. I am wondering if either symantec_IPUA or regid.1986-12.com.adobe could be the cause of this?
