Hi, I couldn’t purchase ICloud manage 50Gb keep showing Apple network not working. I try many times to on and off my phone and also on off my Wifi but still the same situation doesn’t work. When I have trouble connecting to iCloud, I always check here to ensure everything is set up as I think it is.

Do you have access to another network where you can try to log in?

Try a restart.

Try a forced restart.
