iPhone 8 EarPods

My iPhone 8 EarPods stopped working out of nowhere after 4 months. It happened while I was listening to music, and the earbuds went out (both sides). I searched online for others who had this problem and followed the solution’s step, and it did not work. Can anyone please help me?

Hmm, with the information provided, it is difficult to say. What trouble-shooting steps have you attempted? Disconnect and reconnect etc.
