Question: Older iPad not not connecting to new PC

I have connect my iPad by USB lead to new PC but it is only showing IPad as Internal memory and I can not see any of my music/playlists and only a few of my photos show up in Internal memory

iPad Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 9.3.5

I understand from your post that you have connected your iPad to your PC via USB cord, but the iPad is only showing up as internal memory. If you do not have iTunes installed on your computer, download iTunes and then you can sync music to your iPad. iTunes - Download iTunes Now - Apple

If you have the latest version of iTunes installed on your Windows PC, but iTunes is not recognizing your iPad, the steps from this article will help:
