Older iPad not not connecting to new PC

I have connect my iPad by USB lead to new PC but it is only showing IPad as Internal memory and I can not see any of my music/playlists and only a few of my photos show up in Internal memory

iPad Wi-Fi + Cellular, iOS 9.3.5
