iMessage at 4 am stating AppleID locked

Hello = woken by an iMessage on my phone at half 4 this morning stating

“The AppleID associated with this number has been locked for security reasons

please follow link to unlock your account”

then a bit.do - link - ( haven’t opened this)

Guessing this is fake ??? Any help/advice appreciated - tia - Amanda
