my macbook air is frozen during download.
During a normal backup my laptop is frozen with a message that says macOS could not be installed
Sorry, your right. I meant I connected my laptop to charge and do updates and apparently the operating system was one of the updates and now I’m stuck on a screen for macOS that says:
MacOS could not be installed on your computer
The path/System/Installation/Packsges/OSinstall.mpkg appears to be missing or damaged. Quit the installer to restart your computer and try again
My only option is to hit the restart button on my screen and when I do that it repeats. I can’t get out of this “loop”.
