Can't create apple id with email domain companyname.com.my

I tried to create an apple id using company email address with domain that ends with .com.my, e.g. someone@mycompany.com.my. The verification email is received but when I entered the verification code, it failed with error message "your account cannot be created at this time". I have tried with multiple email addresses from the same domain and all failed with the same error.

Tried to create an apple id with a gmail address and it was created successfully.

Does apple restrict any id from domain ending with .com.my?

Apple ID Support can probably answer your question. We are users like you and don't know all of Apple's restrictions.
