deactivated "Show my caller ID"

I am using a iPhone7, I have recently noticed that "Show my caller ID" is deactivated, I can click on it, previously it showed as a green button, now it's just clear, nothing happens on touching the grey button. I have not done anything except had a screen protected installed at an apple store recently. How can activate it.
